I went into a game of COD4 today and it didnt look right straight away, it had a load of writing in top of screen and a you tube link splashed across screen, so i left game and all of sudden all guns are unlocked and all challenges done!! so now i am stuck with guns i cant upgrade with red dots etc as it says all done!  i take it some hacker T*@t has something to do with it!? Not Fu@k@~g happy!!!

Is there anyway i can undo this?

Don't know if anything you can do will work. People will say to delete the game data but I honestly don't know if it will work.

I had a similar problem, my classes were all changed with different names and I had a hackers youtube on the message of the day. It went away after a day or two for me. Your's might be the same or more serious. I know some people get the hackers youtube on their screen in game in colourful writing which just never goes away.
