Call Of Duty 4 - Start-up Issue

Basically, I put my COD4 GOTY in and let it load. Straight away, It appears with the normal Call Of Duty 4 Modern Warfare splash screen and underneath it, it says Yes No with a question "Confirm?" and the X symbol next to it. Instinctively, I instantly pressed X on "yes" and "no" yet nothing happened. 

 

I have restarted my ps3 and ejected and put back in the game but nothing is changing. This is the very first time I saw that splash screen with the "Yes" and "No" and the last time I played on it was around 3 weeks ago. 

 

What can I do to fix this?

No fix but the workaround is to turn off your router, start up the game, then when you get to the mp screen switch the router back on.
