Cod Waw downloading game settings

Hi, I've been trying to play CoD WaW for a while but I just keep getting  a 'Downloading Game Settings...' screen. I've tried rebooting my router, switching the PS3 off and on etc but nothing works. Is there anything I can do to sort this out?
