Just bought resurrection map pack for black ops from PS network, it says I need to enter product code to download. Where do I put the code, I can't seem to find it. It's a with 3 letters and then 5 numbers Thanks

Are you sure thats not the region version you need (BLES 12345 for excample). Check your downloads list on the store (top right corner) DLC should be there to download.

Yes it is a BLES code.  Will check the download list - we tried to download it but it got to 1% and then said pending and didn't get any further.  It said that we needed to enter the code BLES-01031.  First thing we've bought on PS Network so not quite sure what we're doing.  We thought it would be easy and straight forward?

you shouldnt have to enter anything. it should be entirely straight forward
