Crashing

Hi there, anybody noticing that the game crashes since this patch and it seens to be on the older verison of PS3.. no probs on my slim PS3

Since I updated I can't play a round to the finish because it either freezes my ps3 slim or it says disk read error. disk it clean and works in my son's ps3 and all my other games play no problem so def must be the update
