Yeah i also had this problem, i've done the Hardline pro challenge, but it does take some doing now, i'm now very intrigued at what the Hacker pro actually does. 
Level 3
Hacker pro does lets you sabotage enemy equipment (ie. claymores) and turretts,booby trap stolen crates, and remain invisible to motion trackers and also turn motion trackers friendly!
Get in a party with some friends and tell them to take your CP i got the pro of hardline within the first hour of multiplayer doing it that way

Sounds like i've just found the next Pro challenge to do,
