Considering that BO killstreaks kills do not count towards the next killstreak, I dont see it as being too overpowered.
Getting the chopper gunner on MW2 was a walk in the park. 5 kills with the gun and then you have the first of the killstreaks that would basically get you the chopper gunner. Pick up 2 kills with the pred and the harriers will (more often than not) do the rest.
Black ops requires you to get 11 kills with a gun in a row. That will be a challenge for most people.
The only thing I can think is that it lasts a little bit too long? Can easily be patched however.

Maybe it's just Nuke Town, but that killstreak, 11 KS or not, kills extremely fast and it doesn't help with 4 rockets attached on it.
Way, way faster than pre-patched Chopper Gunner on MW2.
If any average game can allow someone to get an 11 killstreak like the guy in the video, then this will be worrying in the game.
