First of all head to http://www.callofduty.com/hub then click 'Log in ' or go straight there with this link http://www.callofduty.com/login if you are not already a member click this link to register http://www.callofduty.com/register once you are logged in head to http://www.callofduty.com/theater or click the Theater banner on the top of your screen here you will see the option at the bottom of your screen to link YouTube which will also give you the option to link your PSN.

Also highly recommended is this :

• In Call of Duty: Black Ops, open MULTIPLAYER  >  PSN > THEATER.
• Open MY RECENT GAMES to access files of your in-game matches.
• Select the film from which you would like to record a video clip segment or capture a screenshot and choose SELECT FOR PLAYBACK

• Find a segment you would like to capture, and select the RECORD option.
• Once you have reached the end of your segment, select RECORD again to stop.
  NOTE: Segments can be no longer than 30 seconds.
• Select NAME SEGMENT > UPLOAD CLIP, then create the TITLE, DESCRIPTION,and TAG for the video clip
• Select a slot in MY FILE SHARE to save the video clip.
• Go to MY FILE SHARE and select the video clip.
• Choose the SELECT FOR PLAYBACK option. That video clip will now be available to render.
• From the Call of Duty: Black Ops THEATER, select RENDER CLIP.
• After the video clip plays through, it will be uploaded to MY THEATER.
• Watch the video clip in My Theater or on YouTube.

NOTE: We recommend that you link your YouTube account. If you do not, your video will not be saved and may be deleted over time.

Videos never end up uploading for me Using a clip i rendered before the games official release, could that be way?

I cant register on that website, it just does not seem to work at all, anyone else having problems?

I think theres been a few problems. I thought it was just the first day but obviously looks like its still happening.
I just kept trying whenever I remembered and eventually i managed to sign in and register.

Havent tried uploading anything yet, managed to get my first chopper and the game didnt save. Then I got my second chopper and the game ended straight afterwards.

Now i am able to log in, i got them to send me my password to my e-mail but when i log in, it just sends me to the registration page!

I had this then I noticed in the top right even though I was looping I was signed in
