What does a grey disc with a white crack down it mean? It also says "Corrupted Data" next to it... I'm predicting it's not good :smileyvery-happy:

No idea but it doesn't look healthy. It's definately not the network as i had no problems just. At an educated guess some Blu-Ray component has packed in. I don't know anything about how a PS3 works really so your best bet is to give Sony a ring. If it is a problem with the Blu-Ray i think it's fairly common in the 60gig models and sony should replace or refurbish it.

See if you can find anything similiar in there. Seems theres a lot of threads about disc read errors. I know when GTA4 came out alot of people were experience similiar problems and thought it was the game the game that was the problem but it could be your PS3. In which case you'll need a replacement.

Re: Keeps Crashing.

Ok, it's dead, I'll try a full reset but I'm not holding my breath. It worked once but this seems like a different problem. Trouble is I live in Denmark so I'm not sure how I would go about getting a 60gig referb (there's no Sony phone support number for DK) so maybe I'll just have to take it back to the shop and get a 40gig.

I just got owned by Sony. Gutted.
