Whats the point of playing "Kill Confirmed" if youre not going to pick up the tags ?

I have noticed that  a lot of players make the kill,only to go in another direction,leaving the tags for someone else to collect (i'll have them thank you!)

I thought the idea of the game WAS to collect them ???

I just laugh when I'm following someone and he walks around them, I don't understand it.

I run round and pick up anything in sight, I don't care where it's come from I just want it If you have a team who don't go for killstreaks and just collect tags you can end the game very quickly, last night our team won 65-12ish in one game, it was actually embarrasing.

I don't get it either. I can only assume that picking up the tags leaves you open to getting killed yourself, and people care FAR FAR FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR to much about their K/D ratio.

Personally I collect them. And the red ones to deny a kill.

I used to love KC, the first few weeks the game was out people actually got tags but now they play just for the kills. It should be that once you collect the tag you then get awarded the kill. Its the best game type for running and gunning, more rewarding at quick XP.

I will pick up tag if it is safe to do so... (ie... the previous owner's team mate isn't using it as bait)

You got to scope the scene before collecting the tags, its a cheap death really dieing trying to play the objective.

Dont question why they dont pick them up, just enjoy picking them up for them!

i thought you get the xp for picking it up 50 xp for the kill and 150 xp for the collect because thats how it was whenever i played it and a deny was around 100 xp...

when i play KC i usually run around like a blind bat collecting the tags and also geeting kills

its called running and gunning it works really well sometimes...... i guess most of the players like to camp because of there precious k/d

people don't collect them for 1 reason..... killstreaks, its a simple as that... the game score only goes up if a tag is collected, so if you don't collect the tag it can make the game last its full time length, thats how people have managed to get moabs in kill confirmed.

(just on my memory for the score u get.... 50xp if you pick up someone else kill, and they also get 50xp, 100xp if u pick up your own kill, and 250xp if you deny your own death (which angers me because people abuse this for xp), and 50xp if you deny someone else death.

Indeed.  I've had many times where I have come out on top of a scoreboard in KC with much lower kills than everyone else because I have picked up that many tags.
