I bought the Special Edition MW2, Paid £20 on DLC so overall £90 which I thought was money well spent as I play this game by far the most.

I put MW2 in the other day and joined mid game. To my discust I saw some one using an Admin mode menu which included 'God Mode'. ie, invincible. Not only that there was some one in the next game running around Invisible (discovered while watching KillCam).

I know PC can be hacked but this is the PLAYSTATION NETWORK. It's happened. I'm so dissappointed. Legit players are put off playing, and it will be left with everyone running around invisible or with god mode on. What's the fun in that??? Everyone indestructable??? There is no gain in cheating apart from annoying everyone who plays the game. Why implement such a menu???

Also The 'child' account is usless as kids can still play an 18 rated games with their account.

I heard people get banned from XBOX live for this kind of thing. If this isn't sorted soon, goodbye PS3, hello XBOX360, or goodbye CoD hello... erm.... Medal of Honour????

Well I.W (whats left of them) are blaming Sony.
Yet Sony are saying its not there fault.
So neither companys will act upon it, so the game is better of binned or trade it in.
MW2 made its money from sales and DLC so to them the game is old and dead and not worth fixing or spending time banning peoples accounts.
The rock glitch is still there , they never patched that.

the admin mode sounds like a of fun in private games, but not public games though.

The admin will just kick you if you're having a good game and he is crap lol.

i seen that many times in one day,, i almost took the disk out the ps3 and snapped it.

i must say im never buying COD games again after this and im also moving too XBOX already have one

but much prefer COD on ps3 but now im using xbox as it much better with less hackers around

The PS3 jailbreak is fairly new so you'd expect quite a lot of people tinkering around with it and for "fun" they're modding public lobbies.

You can't blame anyone besides the hacker for ruining your experience. You do know that the 360 has been hacked for a long, long time and only until recently have Microsoft been able to suppress the hacking on the 360.

The PS3 has been out for 3+ years without it being hacked. Be thankful that this didn't hit us in 2007 when COD4 came out.

Trust me, give Sony time. In time, they'll find a way to detect jailbroken PS3s and ban them, like the 360 can. Be a little patient.

TBH Infinity Ward should've made their game better because W@W and Black Ops have yet to be attacked by modders but ultimately it's not IW's fault, nor is it Sony's.
