I really dont know why Sony and IW dont care about gamers Mw2 its my favorite game but lately isnt  bring happines and enjoy.Every time its more and more some kind of mods hacks and I really dont know why people doing that and ruin this game.How we can fight with them what we can do whithout your help Sony.

The MW2 hacked lobbies are EVERY WHERE now!!

It used to be just the odd lobby once in a while, but now every time I log on there will be a hacked lobby. Pretty much every other lobby is hacked!

Cant people just get a grip and play the game properly, if you've hacked it, its not something you can put on your CV to get a better job, you wont get girls with bigger jugs!?

Why waste the time to even do constant headshots with an aim bot?!? Pointless.

Get a grip and learn to actually play it properly.

12 out of 12 games I joined tonight were hacked. Stupid fast pace of running, jumping 100ft, aim bots, lazers...the lot. What a pile of *****e! If this is true what I read about hackers getting the master code for the servers, I'll be buying an xbox instead of putting up with this *****!

couldn't agree more. i know it's a devolution to go from xbox to ps3, but hell, the games look no different despite the ps3 being technically more powerful, and the online on 360 is really good because it is maintained due to fees. I think ima gonna go the xbox route (/shock-horror-dismay that it had to come to this).

20 lobbys joined, 17 were hacked. 3 were full of noobs (Shouldn't go 30-1 when [For some reason] your Killstreaks aren't on) lol I like playing MW2 every now n then, CoD4 too... But now

I find myself on my mates 360 alot more when it comes to FPS games. I actually prefer the DS3 due to the resistance of the analog stick, but what does that matter when the companies involved in a game don't do jack to fix it?

Well, there's nothing to fix the damage anymore. I was also hacked and I've contacted Sony about this, since I'm worried about my PSN-account. According to my sources (links below), I should be fine though. However, we (and I do mean we as in the community in PSN) are facing now a bigger problem. What about the banning? There's a dilemma now, since hackers should be banned. But what about us, that got hacked and didn't do it by purpose?

I'm afraid that I'll be banned falsely and I can assure you that I won't be staying with Sony for long if that is going to happen. Also, please read the link below considering the newly found hacks. It's not as simple to find whom to blame, now is it?

So theres no way to remove the rank? I only got my game yesterday thought id have a bash, first lobby bam 70 ! I realise people will be like "oh yeh 70 wooo" but i actually find it quite fun leveling up  

I dont want get to banned

I prestieged anyway thinking oh this wont be like on pc ill hardly ever see another dodgy lobby....then next i joined insta 70 too :/ and so and and so on

I was hacked on MW2 last night - any advice?

Was playing Afghan when I kept getting killed (even more than usual!); every time I respawned a grenade killed me. Watched the kill cams to see what was going on. A guy was stood randomly shooting and throwing endless supplies of grenades. Also saw him pulling lots of menus down that I'd never seen before. So I left the game. Next game I entered I was in the 3rd person, so left that, then I arrived half way through a game with only a pistol. So left online, but the damaged appeared to have been done. My name had [c**t] in front of it - any suggestions how to change this? Also said "you've been F****** owned" at the bottom.

All weapons are now available, perks etc, but not the perks pros (which I had earned!). All the emblems are now available, but all my scores, kill ratios etc have been reset to 0 – absolutely gutted.......

Any suggestions – main one is how to change my sign in name from [c***] followed by actual name. My Playstation sign in name has remained the same and I’ve just changed my password. Totally gutted as building up the weapons and ratios is half the point. Sony and Infinity Ward need to sort their problems out before they start loosing a whole load of customer!!! Thanks in advance for any advice anyone can leave.

Weirdly enough I then went on to play Aliens V Predator and the sound stopped after about a minute. So I turned the whole thing off and hit the sack gutted as seemed more like a virus than a hack.......

This is a game that has generate well over $1 billion of your money for Activision. This is a game the publisher continues to sell in all major retail/e-tail outlets even though to all intents and purposes, its main selling point and feature is utterly broken. Irrespective of whether Infinity Ward is no longer associated with the game, the universal hacking of MW2 shows the contempt in which Activision holds you, the gamer. And this is Sony's problem too because it's a PS3 blockbuster and the current situation does the company no credit whatsoever and brings PS3 into disrepute. Like all of you, I find the game unplayable. Like all of you, I have hours of time invested in trophies, achievements and levels all wiped and corrupted. Like all of you, I'm pretty mad about spending money on the game and the DLC packs only to find that the multiplayer is a hacked wasteland. This isn't acceptable. I would like to try and bring some pressure to bear on the companies as well as explore legal routes (e.g trading standards) in the US and UK ( where I live ) using my day job skills in marketing communications and PR. If you would like to help me create an online petition, and assuming the mods allow this on the board, please just tweet your comments to my address @wifinomad. Alternatively, please add comments to the board and I will collate and submit. It isn't the hackers we should be naming and shaming, it's Activision and Sony.
