Same issues here.

Get the message telling me to go to the store to download DLC and duly follow the instructions to re-download Collection 1 and I still get the same message that I have no DLC .

This isn't happening to everyone so maybe something went wrong while the patch was downloading?

Only thing i can think of trying is to delete the MW3 file in the game data folder, start up MW3, download the patch again & quit the game.

Then go on to the store and download all the DLC again from the view downloads list, making sure you download all of it (including the access key & the free Face Off maps) and double check you're downloading the files that match your BLES code on the disc.

For anyone having problems with DLC :

Have you downloaded the two free Face Off maps from the store?  If not then download them (making sure you get the correct BLES version)  this seems to fix the problem.

     -Added death trigger for rock glitch

-Black Box

     -Patched up wall glitch

-Oasis

     -Prevent players from getting on rooftops

-Foundation

     -Patched up map hole in pipe

Didn't know about half of them!

I knew about the second one, see someone doing it the other day. got banned and reset

The just seem to cause more problems with every patch the release. The lag as improved slightly although instead of French and Spanish lobby's its now Dutch and Italians and the don't have great connections.

They did a slight backgroud change to matchmaking the other day, but the latest patch will collect data that will hopefully lead to better matchmaking. Lag fix/improvement patch coming within the next two weeks.

Then i guess a patch for matchmaking, with help from whatever they learn from 1.16 will be released after that.

ok so i deleted the patch and reinstalled it, reinstalled the dlc's and it is still not working for me!! this is making me very frustrated, please help!!

Looks like the patch with the matchmaking fixes/improvements will be released early next week (v1.17).
