"This issue should now be resolved. The patch release was delayed causing our backend settings not to match with the client code.
This should now be resolved. All those still receiving the Deserialize Failure please power down your PS3 and reboot the game if he problem hasn't resolve itself.
It takes time for the patch to propagate to all territories. With the backend settings as they are now if you have yet to be notified of patch availability you may only find 1 game while searching and be stuck waiting in the lobby search screen. This is an expected state until the patch arrives in your territory.
After download you should be able to commence matchmaking in a standard fashion."
