Mw2 Game launching freeze

So when I go online and the game picks which user is on which team and the game decides which map we are going to, once the teams are chosen and it shows up with the red and green thing boxes with the charachter names ( lol sorry for the bad descriptions) the game freezes on me and the top says Game Launching.. and it wont let me scroll down through options and sometimes it wont let me press the ps button to exit out. Help? I wasnt able to play mw2 for like a month and I really want to play now D:
