Need more players to balance teams?

Just wondering if anyone is having this problem where you just sit in the lobby and just watch it keep moving players about and saying "need more players to balance teams" when its a full lobby.

 

I'm just seeing how long before it would start a match in 10mins it will be 1hr. lol

Its been working fine for me all morning all i did was deleted the black ops 2 data reinstalled and it works :smileyhappy:
