Treyarch added dogs because it was a community request. yet they get slated for it.... how does that make sense.

Very True,and i found in COD4 that the Helicopter was a spawn killer as well,which made me hate it even more

the dogs spawn kill too.  Iv'e respawned before (actually it's happened a few times) with a dog already jumping at me! as soon as I spawned the dog was halfway through the air jumping at me.

 needless to say I got mauled within a second of me spawning.  Although I have been killed by the chopper before the same way, spawn out in the open then it starts firing at me instantly leaving me defenceless and pretty much f****d lol.

Only thing I don't like about the choppers is the way they track/lock on to you behind walls and through buildings, so when you pop out the other side it's already aiming straight at you. Also if you notice it does this and you hide it'll ignore the 5 other team mates out in the open running past you and just stay locked on to you hiding behind a something. Choppers hate me

But yeah, I just hate dogs for the simple fact I can never knife the *****ers

Personally I hate dogs... and never wanted it in the first place.

As you said though, plenty of people wanted it. The idea seems cool but its certainly not a viable option. Dogs take too many shots (Ive had to use 2 bolt-action shots to kill them before...) to kill. Dogs seemingly keep respawningfor the whole min (Heli can be shot down by a decent team= well balanced). You cant see them (both by size and on radar unless you use the perk, unlike the heli were you can locate it) and you cant run and hide from them. Being in cover means nothing. If you miss the knife attack, they usually end up killing you. There doesnt seem to be a targeting method used by the dogs unlike a heli.

I also think the artilery strike is a bad idea too. Should have been a wave of planes dropping bombs imo. And dogs should have been replaced with a plane hanging arround for a while using its guns.

Having said all that... MW2s killstreaks look really good. Enjoy the fact you can controll them unlike before were you let them loose
