Random about of gun ammo on Black ops

When i start a game, doesn't matter what it is usually headquarters, but i have the standard ammo for my gun, which is 90. Every now and again when i have got killed, once i respawn i have the max amount 256 ammo. I don't have the extra clip perks or anythink just find it very odd. 

I don't it's a glitch as i aint doing anythink out of the orignally, just playing the game as normal. But say if i die 10 times, 3 respawns will give me max ammo, like i had the extra clips.

I've notice this more since the last update, was wondering if anyone else?

LOL its because you probably walk over the same spot where you died with the same weapon which gives you your previous ammo :smileyvery-happy:
