Anybody unable to log into the servers just now? Am getting "MW3 servers are currently unavailable" and can't even go onto the COD site.

Shouldn't really affect this game. Been playing BF3 before and had no problems.

You need PSN to access the MW3 servers, no way around it.

"PlayStation Network is offline for scheduled maintenance from 16:00 GMT on Thursday 17 November 2011 to 06:00 GMT on Friday 18 November 2011.

During the maintenance, you will be unable to access the following services:

PlayStation Store on PS3 and PSP.
PlayStation Network Account Management.
PlayStation Network Account Registration.

In addition, you will not be able to sign in to PlayStation Network from eu.playstation.com. If you wish to play online during the maintenance, please ensure you sign in to PSN before 16:00 GMT on Thursday 17 November 2011.

During this maintenance, you can continue to collect in-game trophies and these will be updated on your profile once PlayStation Network is back up and running.

I notice the scheduled maintenance always happens at the most convenient time for the Americans and leaves Brits like me unable to play.

PSN downtime also reminds me why I traded in PS3 Black Ops for the Xbox version.

Not sure why I went for PS3 MW3 now.

I also wish they would put a notice on the playstation dashboard or something so people could stay signed in.

Most people will only find they info AFTER they discover they can't sign in.
