i blame the councils for not having enough things for the kids to do.
Why blame the council for kids not having enough to do. There's plenty of things that your child can do or that you can do with your child. In the small villiage that we lived in we had a couple of soccer fields and a playground and that was pretty much it. My friends and I used to grab an old milk crate and use that as a wicket for playing cricket. By the time I hit my teenage years though I disovered alcohol, cigarettes and girls but this was no fault of my parents or the council.
Fact is kids will be kids, and they are going to try out stuff that us parents are not going to like but by stopping them from doing it makes us hypocrites. Of course there are limits and boundaries, but as long as those aren't breached then I have no problem with my child doing what every generation before him has done.
On the subject of underage kids playing this game, well I certainly wouldn't mind my child playing this IF he were 13/14. Not sure whether I'd skip the Airport mission but thanks to IW for putting that option in. After all, I played video games and watched movies I shouldn't have at that age and I'm fairly certain the majority of you lot also did.

Although the game contains warnings about the level prior to playing the game and its an 18 government dickheads still have to justify speaking bull***** to the country as they usually do. They have to get their 5 minutes of fame so that they think there will be some monkey out their stupid enough to vote for them come the next general election. The government should stick to what there good at and thats lying to the British Public in why we should still be loosing our troops our in Afghanistan, only because a certrain fat priminister hasnt got the nuts to stand up to the yanks and say thats it were pulling out Afghanistan's its all yours.
To be honest its an 18 game and the 18 cert restriction is not stopping under 18's getting it. I was in a match last night with 3 or 4 kids under 18 guessing from their choir boy voices. SO is it the shop that sold it to them or their parents bought it for thems fault?

I agree it is down to the parents as to whether their child should watch/play these types of movies/games. I just find it funny how high and mighty people act as soon as they are over the age of 18. They suddenly forget they were ever 13 themselves
agreed mate,
theres kids aged 13 with kids themselves now, kids 13 mugging, knifing, killing n raping, sounds awful but that is life nowadays!
It should be down to the parents to decided whats best for there kids i believe, if they trust theyll be responsible n mature about it then why not, if they dont think their kids are up to it then so be it, their decision,
n if they dont care eitherway then unfortunately they may end up as one of the 13 year olds i mentioned at the start of the post!
How old are u? I'm 16 n I don't remeber any 13 yr olds killin any1 or rapin or muggin any1. Mayb you're bein sarcastic but still.. youth isn't as bad the media make out. I know there is the minority but the majority are all good ![]()
