To those moaning about it, it's part of the game, your moaning will not change that, your insults will not change that and that truly is the bottom line. So what is point of you moaning and insulting people? You can't win this argument unless IW remove it, at this point I suggest you go to IW's forum and complain there, as you are more likley to get your point across to someone who cares what you think! I understand your frustration but you just can't win, so stop now before your temper's get the better of you and you end up getting banned

I don't see Marydom being a problem, why?
It isn't a perk on MW2 or 3, It is only obtainable as a deathstreak after 4 consecutive deaths... and when it does kill someone they won't have it on respawn (unless they are really bad and get another 4 consecutive deaths... and those who truly like to keep their stats don't want to go 2kills 8 deaths and the end of a TDM just so that they could just use Martydom...
