is it just me or does martydom seem the most stupid idea ever, IW YOU ARE BASICALLY REWARDING PEOPLE FOR DIEING, who sick of killing someone near you then running into enemy fire because you have to evade the grenad, i dont care what ur name i, i dont care what ur rank is if u use martydom ur a noob .

change martydom to summat like throwing grenades further or summat cause its basically ruing the game

It's only 'noobish' if friendly fire is on. You could argue all but the eavesdrop perk are for noobs because if you use them right they will get you kills. Complaining about it won't make you a better player.

They don't automatically get points. It's only when you get killed they do. Most likely cause of you dieing from martydom is when you knife them or camp in the same spot. Learn to change your tactics according to the situation.

ok clearly not getting though to u so heres what happend to me today. it was HS&D on vacant and i just killed 2 guys climing over the boxes with mp5, they both drop martydoms so i have to run into the long corridor which currently was being mowed down by LMG fire, so i ended up dieing. why should i die just caused a killed a guy it just seams really unfair, btw i dont camp i only play HS&D and you cant realy camp there.

Using martydom on hardcore is a bit lame, but its a tactical weapon to stop you rushing to get position after a kill.

All i play is hardcore Search and Destroy too but i don't think it's me missing the point. From your example i'm guessing you were behind the filing cabinets or behind them close enough to kill. If you were further away they wouldn't of been able to kill you. Secondly you were killed by LMG. The players with martydom got no points for dieing. Therefore in this instance it is lmg'ers you have the problem with. Like i said change you tactics or your route so this doesn't happen. Your choice of gun, route you take and how you get your kills all affect the outcome of a round of s and d. On a final note, you can easily camp on s and d and its probably a prefered tactic when defending a bomb.
