They don't seem to work any more.

I have them selected as an attachment and used to be able to use them, but now i never get the option to use them in game.

Can someone let me know if i missing something please? I miss clearing house in war.

I seem to remember a patch months ago that stopped them being used on the ground due to an unlimited ammo glitch...as far as I know they still work on walls and window frames, but I haven't played WaW for ages so I could be wrong!

treayarch did a really lazy job on fixing the unlimited ammo glitch.

all the did was take out the option of placing the gun on the ground instead of actually fixing the problem!

how lazy is that?

In all the time I've played WaW I think I've only ever been killed twice by people using mounted machine guns.

I've never used one or seen anyone use one in all the time i've played WaW

Never saw C4 used against me when i played cod4 but i used it,

 Only died from a sachel chargel once in a private match when my freind was using them.never seen in a public game.

I only use it when playing war.

 I used to hang back and get the bi-pod out and clear house as the other team tried to take a checkpoint.

Many a time 3 or 4 players come running to take a check point and you can just spray bullets and 

take them all out. Has worked very well for me in the past as you could use it on the ground  so could pretty much set yourself up 

anywhere.
