IVE NOTICED THAT WHEN I DIE SOMETIMES I RESPAWN RIGHT AWAY OTHER TIMES CAN BE 10 SECONDS OR MORE........EVEN WITHOUT FRIENDLY FIRE??????

There is a longer wait time if more of your teamates are alive. For instance if 5 of your team isstill alive you may have to wait at least 10 seconds but if there is only 1 person alive then you only have to wait about 1 second.

no, i think like every 15 sec ppl respawn, then reset the timer even though nobody's dead

Spectate and count how many people are alive when you have a longer spawn time. It should be most of the team if the time is over 10 seconds.

There is always a delay on any hardcore mode, at least back to COD 5

I don't play Hardcore very often, but the other night I was complaining about the respawn time while wearing my headset and some guy on my team explained it to me.

I was rather drunk so I have no idea what he said.
