this actually annoys me and heres why.... i have the turtle beach headset (good headset), had them for 2 years now but when my mic is switched off via the headset button controls it still flashes up that i am speaking when someone else on a mic makes a sound. Many times people have been speaking through their mic and people think its me. I then have to go to accessory settings in the XMB and switch my mic off completely.
