Its a failure of both Sony and the game publishers/designers for failing to act decisively against those that cheat. Everyone deserves a chance, found cheating once reset all game data, twice then ban for 1 month, 3 times ban for a year. Why doesn't Sony and Publishers do this ? Because they would loose revenue, even cheats buy games. I hate Sony and the games publishers more than I hate the cheats. Sony could stop it.

I shouldn't have to tell you .

 

Everyone that uses Sony's playstation network agrees to the 'conditions of service', one of those conditions is that you don't cheat in any way.

 

Everyone that cheats on PSN is in breach of contract and they could be banned from using the service, and they should be.
