I tried creating that smiley but i wasnt smart enough to buy all layers when i prestiged so i didnt have enough layers

Uhm it wasn't that hard.

just make a yellow circle

then make a black circle make it larger then the yellow one

Then make 3 black D's for the mouth and eyes

put a white rectangle under the eyes and a pink one under the mouth

black circle in each eye

and a lighter pink oval in the mouth
