I picked these great headphones up too. Been loving them, I've even sometimes been using them during the day when I could just speakers as the sound is so great and immersive. Haven't done it yet but I suppose you could even just hang them on your neck and just activate the voice if you wanted to just use the mic and listen through big speakers. Definitely handy for late nights though. Doesn't matter what time of day, I can have great sound for whatever I'm doing, music/games whatever.

It's absolutely unreal for films and games. Don't have to have the volume up much at all which is good because It probably keep the power going for longer periods.

I cannot wait to tune out the noisy neighbours next door. They were Christmassing all over their backyard on Monday. Even with my PX11's (whichever ones came with Dead Island) I could still hear them over UC3.

sadly you cant smokey, you cant output the sound to the speakers whilst the headphones are on. its a bit of a silly annoying oversight. very annoying for me as i like to record gameplay.
there is a topic on sonys ideas page for people to vote on, so i guess its grabbed their attention.
the headset seems to take over your audio settings in the firmware and set it to what it wants it to be

im considering picking up some turtle beach ones now and using my sonys for my laptop, if this doesnt get sorted soon

That's a shame, I thought you could with turning the audio output off in the settings but still have it on for voice. Dang, not big on talking with voice anyway just yet.
