Chew the fat on the sofa

So, I went into JB HiFi yesterday and picked up one of these sexy beasts.

Plugged it into my computer - because I knew it would work.

As a side note, I'd like to say that they do not work in 7.1 on the computer....and yet! The sound quality was AMAZING! It blew me away.

Tonight, I'm going to be gaming like a crazy man in 7.1!
If you're looking for some quality headphones (that feel really sturdy) - these are amazing.

Not sure if they're suppose to be noise cancelling - but it does block out alot of the noise so *shrug*.

If you've picked a pair up! What did you think?!

Yeah they are great. I haven't played many games with them on yet. Battlefield 3 is really the only one. I love using it for movies and stuff.

lol...and there was me running my mouse all over the OP's post (oooer misses) looking for the link ....

They are a nice headset though....I'd like one as I spend most of my gaming time being told to "Turn it down!" by the Cleaner ..and the headset I do have is far from flash.....

I really want to get one of these, but I also need to listen out for the kids at night to, which kind of renders them useless

same here adin, infact the few times i have played my FPS games cranked up i didn't go to well as i found the explosions and other backround noises distracting my vision. i think it would be a different story if the wife was home and could listen out for the lil fellas.

Also handy for drowning out the wife..............may have to reconsider a purchase
