LittleBigPlanet - Loved it on the PS3, loved it on the PSP (it just worked so well) so the Vita version should be the best of the lot.

I'm looking forward to a few of them, but I'm interested in seeing how the AR plays out. Reality Fighters in this regard, looks interesting. Keen to give all the features of the PS Vita a good go.
