The Official Welcome Thread

[ Edited ]
Hello Community,

I am Pretoria, I am one of the many PlayStation moderators here to patrol & actively interact with all our community on these forums. We are a PlayStation community who above all are passionate about all things PlayStation. We are a friendly and welcoming bunch.

So why am I writing this you ask yourself, this is the welcome the new people to our community thread. This is where you can say hi, introduce yourself & tell us a bit about yourself, like favorite game, hobby & what really brings you to the PlayStation world. Like any good forum we also have a lot of other general areas where you can talk about movies you like sports & teams you follow & just general banter about the world around us…

If you are a regular member of our forums, please welcome the newer members to our ranks & make them feel welcome. If they have any concerns or queries try help them out where you can.

If I see any f/17/cal there will be green smoke appearing & a Pretoria says no joke included

I think that just about wraps it up from me. Feel free to PM myself or any other Moderators with any questions or concerns.

Most importantly within the rules of the forums marked here.... HAVE FUN...

Regards

The PlayStation Support Team

Re: The Official Welcome Thread

Nice thread, welcome to any new members.

This should keep people happy. :smileyvery-happy:

Maybe there should be a link included that takes you to some sort of "guidlines" or something of the sort, which speaks of using the search function before making a new thread?

And was that a quick delete and re-make of the thread I spotted? :smileytongue:

Re: The Official Welcome Thread

I thought I'd take time to introduce myself aswell - I'm still fairly new too!

I'm SanguineDoll, also a Moderator - oft called SD for short. You won't see me around as much as our Green and Red Rangers, but I'm still around, and more than happy to help.

Hey that's a waste!

@SD, you still have a higher trophy count than the Red ranger :smileytongue:.

Re: The Official Welcome Thread

I thought it was only for new members to introduce themselves?

Oh well....

I'm Matrob0, basically I offer nothing constructive to the forum except taking part and joking around.

I joined whenever it says registered on my file which is sometime last year.

I'm not arrogant but basically I'm the best new person ever apparently, so good luck beating that! :smileytongue:

My advice to new members is to lurk around for a few days, work out who are the big players in the threads, and then post here and say Hi, and I'm sure you will get a warm welcome.

Enjoy your time here and I shall see you around! :smileyvery-happy:

/pulls out 'wall of text' generator

I'm Michael (if you hadn't guessed from my PSN), I live in regional Vic, about 250kms from Melbourne.

I'm one of the resident noobs (I think Matrob0 is one of the others) and I love it here at the PSF.

Here's a portrait of me for you people who wonder what awesomeness looks like:

If anyone has any questions, just print out my picture and write your questions on the back, my picture will answer your questions for you. (Or just PM me... Lolz)

And for those of you who think to desecrate awesomeness by printing out and burning my picture, I'm not called 'McSneaky' for nothing.

Remember...
