Hey all,

Been on the station for a while but fairly new to the forums.

Im 32 and work in the mines, and yes it is better than getting a real job, but a lot of the time it also sucks A#S%S.

Looking forward to the slim release, my launch model PS3 just got the YLOD so its being retired for a little while.

I really like Uncharted, the MGS and Resident Evil series, Dead Space and Modern Warfare.

Playing a lot of online Resistance 2 at the moment.  Would be cool if someone added me because I have no friends that play it.  I recently got hate mail from a Spanish guy I accidentally shot in the back, even though I don't think you can kill team members?  I love the PS3 but hate the way some people take online games so seriously...

Would also really like to get a regular game meet with all Aussies that we could launch from home.  Maybe every second week or something?  We could start with MW and decide as a group what other games we want to play.  Add me or reply if you're keen, but due to YLOD won't be on till the third of Sept.

Hi guys and girls.

I'm new to the forums, but been around games for a long time now - I'm one of the suckers that has bought almost every version of the mega drive compilations over the years lol. I'm 29, kiwi, living in sunny/wet/hot/cold Melbourne. I have a young family and therefore don't get on the ps3 as much as I'd like to anymore. I've got a few of the best (IMO) games on PS3 - GTA IV, resistance, LBP, Resident Evil 5, COD 4, GH:World Tour, Ninja Gaiden, Pain (with all the mods )... and I'm hanging out for the mighty GOW III next year!!

I had a go at making an arcade cabinet to house my old modded xbox last year, and that was one of my proudest gaming moments, firing that baby up the first time! If you're a casual but enthusiastic gamer like me, pm or add me and we can have a bit of a jam.
