The definition of in-charge is to have the responsibility of leading, and to be in-charge you have to be fully in charge, if he's the Co-Leader he is partly in charge and not fully. Thus defying the definition and meaning he is in charge and not in charge.

I was wondering whether you'd like to play a friendly or something for old time's sake? Just a way to get back into contact and maybe get our clans talking/mingling with eachother.
