This is a CLAN. The point of the clan is to play together and make the clan the best and compete with others.

Also we would have new room and could build more teams for the clan ops.

So not always the same people need to play, while others just do nothing.

We could also be a middle clan ( 50 members)

What's even the point in them beeing in the clan?

From my experiences, and what I saw, almost no one from the inactive members played with another OPC member. Some of them don't even play MW3 anymore. Some of them have different clan tags etc.
