@Yaster - Thanks for the kind words pal, I appreciate it. 

I know there are other good candidates for the post but Imo Seribal_Assassin should be the new captain, I didn't think he was intrested in the post. Whenever I couldn't make it to a game he stepped into my shoes without fail and never let me down once. I knew I could always rely on Lee.

He's a truely nice guy and desevers the chance, imo he'll do a better job than I ever did tbh.

Zamo and Steve i think were mentioning french and germans with laggy lobbies a few pages ago. They use lag switches to do that or they just have a terrible internet connection. I think IW should ban people who dont open their nat router because it messes up our game.

As for the whole new captain thing thx to all the lads who has mentioned me both on here & on chat it means alot tht you think of me as a leader,as i said before if i have the backing from the lads then i would never say no,because end of the day we are the guys that have made this clan reach the level that its at & im sure you'll agree we just want to keep getting better so if that means making me a captain then YASTER im your man.......

I've given leader rights over to Seribal after the vote of confidence shared between Kush, myself and a couple of others on here.

It's a bit of a shame that you can't promote officers who have the ability to enlist and accept newbies.

I supose a good solution would be to set up a "dummy" account, promote it to captain, assign it to its own Elite web account and share the log in details among a group of you. That way you can each have a bit of power when it comes to desicions.

Just a possible idea maybe the new captain might want to think about XD. Because its a shame as I know a couple of you would make responsible leaders.

Right down to business after reading Yaster's post about this split & creating 2 separate groups (1 for the hardcore never miss a clan op 24/7 players who want to level the clan up & make this clan one of the best around & then the other group who are casual guys who will take part in community events & play MW3 every now & then) I really believe this is something that needs to happen if the clan is to progress.  I know there is a bit unrest with members about the guys who are the 2nd portion I mentioned above that have no intention of taking part in clan ops but reap the rewards of what the 1st portion I mentioned earn by busting a gut every op or almost every op & working really hard.We really want to mould this clan into somehting were every1 is chipping in were possible to take this clan upwards which will make a lot of active members much much happier with a set up like this.

So I making this thread speaking out to I think its now the 40 odd members of the clan that aren't really that bothered in the clan progressing could 1 of you 'take the bull by the horns' take the initiative & create this new casual clan & start inviting the community guys to the new group. This will then also free up spaces this end for our clan recruitment & I think then you'll agree a lot of active members will then be a lot happier knowing our clan members are  taking part regularly in clan ops etc & are worthy of there place in the team

How does this sound?
