Hello,

This message is designed to bring like minded gamers together and give them an oppertunity to learn and play tactically on Socom 4.

This complete process allows one to learn new skills, new attitudes or even entirely new ways of thinking.

I have a unique training system, that includes two main forms of training. The training system covers many aspects of real life tactics, used in every day military organisations, from flanks, to breeching rooms, to pair/fire team/squad movement, formations, ect... designed specifically for games.

The advantage of using training drills on war games, is that you are ready for any given situation.

You would have already gone through simliar situations during training drills, allowing you to easily adapt and use your own initiative to expliot your enemies weakness', while using creativity in the art of war.

Our training system consists of the following:

Basic Training:

Covers one and two-man tactics and teaches you:

• Angles.
• Using Cover.
• Cornering.
• Pair Movement.
• "The Buddy System".
• Mental/Situational Awareness.
• Initiative Based Training.
• Close Quarter Combat.
• Breeching a Room (2 man).

Advanced Training 1 & 2:

Covers everything to do with Fire Teams and teaches you:

• How to breech a room (4 man).
• Adapting to your FireTeam/The Situation.
• Establishing Footholds.
• Fire Team Organisation.
• Movement of Fire Team inside a structure.
• Rules of Engagement (Actions upon enemy contact).
• Fire Team Communication.
• Formations.
• Flanks.
• Fire Team Movement in the open.
• Attacking and Defending Strategies.
• Mental/Situational Awareness.

The Importance of "Experiential Learning" or "Learning by Doing":

Experiential Learning is the process of making meaning from direct experience.

"For the things we have to learn before we can do them, we learn by doing them."

As humans, we tend to fail and failures are very important in the learning process. Once we fail we start analysing what went wrong. Thus at the point of failure a profound learning takes place. Failures are stepping stones to success.

An old chinese proverb says:

• "Tell me and I will forget."
• "Show me and I may remember."
• "Involve me and I will understand."

Completing Foundation Training:

Learning these techniques provides you with:

• Confidence.
• Discipline.
• Independance.
• Trust.
• Respect.
• Ability.
• Teamwork.
• Consistancy.
