Whoha nice thread. I have started a clan using this advise and am looking for members I alread have a few mates with PS3s willing to join, and once I get at least 10 members then I will advertise here.

Yeh I Knew Most Of That already but it still good guide most people could use this, i think it easier if your in a clan not leader just a member then as you think you got the hand of it you make your own that what i did and some members from the clan i were in joined mine straight away because they though il be good leader but only time will tell

You didn't mention anything about sponsorships or does PS3 clans not get sponsorship like PC clans?

Its so weird reading this back now all these years on. The opening post is so out of date, but the fundamentals are still good. 

At the above, yes, there are some teams who are beginning to be sponsored now. But the PS3 scene in that sense is still growing. You have to be at the top of your game really, then you can build up the contacts to get that sorted. But competitive PS3 gaming is still lagging behind that on 360 and years behind the PC scene.
