my engine converted from XNA

hello to you all

i have converted my little game engine to this cool new platform

Thank you sony , for the managed code c# , as microsoft is abandon game developerment for xna

i have posted a video of the process .. not full done yet

now i am porting the tools

 

sony can you please make a quadcore phone and tablet,

Hey, Looks Awesome!!! HAHAHA.... (LOL) and Sony said we wouldn't be able to make uncharted or crysis level games with the sdk. Kudos!

well my engine has taken allmost 4 years to make for xna , and i tell you you got to know the net framework this is the key to write fast code

 

and sony is right about uncharted or crysis , there is a lot more to this than just a game

there games cost manny dollars to make and are verry beautiful,

 

kundos to the uncharted game it is the most beautiful game i have ever seen on a small handheld device

 

and you know , i do not know if it runs on a vita, course i do not own one yet

in 2 month time i will when i have saved some money up..

 

and we will see if it runs ok, if not i start to lover the ocean , it is a framekiller

Nice work there! I'm afraid that you're unlikely get anywhere near a steady 60 or even 30fps with something like this on the current gen PS Certified devices. The simulator does not attempt to limit performance at all and uses the full power of the PC it's running on so will most often run at 60fps then you get something on the Vita only to find it runs at 10fps.

 

Nice work though, hope you do manage to get a game up and running using your engine in the next few months :smileyhappy:

i now about the emulator

if i hit control atl delete the resoruce monitor says only 14% is in use and running on 2 cores

my cpu is a tripple amd 8400 2.4ghz with 8400 nvidia graphics card

 

and it runs perfect in java(dalvik) on transformer prime ,, allso runs perfect the new ipad

 

but all this does not really matter,, it is a test for me anyway in 2 month time we will know

how good it runs, so we can start build some game on this new platform

 

the main framekiller here is the ocean and we can do this a nothere way to get proformance

 

so i know some of the stuff will run

i allmost forgot

it allso run on xbox 360 , in xna running 136 frames per. second
only running on one core , wicth microsoft has allow us to use , and that one core is only running the speed of 700mhz
and there is no support for hardware float point in the xna framework
hope it clear some minds

i do not know if i am gonna release the engine , it is no point if only half of the stuff is running

 

i allso have been coding and porting the last effect to the ps vita dev kit

 

so before you get your hope up , here

 

NOT ALL THE STUFF YOU SEE HERE , WILL RUN

BUT SOME OF IT WILL,,

 

JUST WHANT TO BLOW IT AWAY TO SEE WHAT IT CAN DO OPENGL ES 2.0

AND COMPARE TO GOOGLE ANDROID DEV KIT
