Badly need help

Okay I'm thinking of downloading DC universe but there is a few things I need to know first.

 

1: When you download the 160 MB or so from the playstation store and then it brings you onto an installation screen is this a download or just an install?

 

2: Will this cause me to go over my download cap of 30 GB?

It's a large install, about 18GB.

You can pause and restart the download as often as you like. It will resume from wherever it got to last time.
