Cannot claim my item

Hello

 

I bought the Rhino head for DCUO on my PS3, but I cannot claim it.  It does not appear on the claim tab and it did not give me a code to enter in my redeem window on my PSN account management.

 

I don't know wehere to turn, I cannot find anywhere to find help for this but here.  I cannot get in game help for some reason.
