After Installing DCUO on PS3 , The downloading part starts and it takes several hours.. then i stumble upon a patch that is 117mb... this patch keeps repeating for a while then i get the error saying:-

"The Game is unavailable for Maintenance"

Please Help me.

Have same problem... checked with support and all forums and knowledge bases. No answer as of yet.

I have the same prob it has been 3 days since i bought the game and i keep getting the same message so if anyone finds out what to do plz tell me

I think alot of it is just bugs, give it some time it may fix itself. Check this out right, when I first bought and installed DCUO+patch, it took about 5 hours, then when I first started playing the game froze and I had an error message come up saying something like "the core file is corrupt, please re-install" and I'm like what the f... but then I restarted the system, didn't reinstall, and its been fine ever since

ISSUE FIXED *Hey guys I had the same issue for two days I tried over and over agin I finally decided to plug everyhting in straight to my router. I plugged ps3 Ethernet cable straight into my router and the patch worked for me without a hitch an the game reinstalled where it was previously crashing after the second phase of installation ( when it goes to the 2+k mb install) no more "the game is unavailable for maintence" error. I hope this works for everyone else.

I'm plugged directly on my PS3, and i'm still getting the same error. I've been spending the whole day looking at different websites regarding this problem. I've also called the store from which i bought from with them saying that other customers are having the same problem in regards to updating the game.
Mine gets stuck at 244mb, it reaches 19% downloaded and restarts itself, doing a set of 3 repetitions before, "The game is unavailable for maintenance. Please try again in a few minutes."
Please Help?
