i download the game when it came up on the australian psn store

i didnt realize it had a price on it until late at night i went tocheck it and they had put for free by then

i call the support tree times and no love there

it is my understending the all the digital version of the game where taken out when they said it was going to be free and when they first upload the all the EU store they made a mistake by putting the full price on it

i remember the description of the item said it was free to play yuor way

the suppert people r saying the the game was always there and only on a thursday it became free

please help!!!!!!!!!

You are indeed quite correct. The main game was taken off the store weeks ago and reappeared on Wednesday, firstly priced at £39.99 with the Green Lantern content free only later to be corrected to the other way around with the green lantern content at £9.99 and the game free. It was an error on their part but good luck in getting them to admit to it.

my only hope if once i`m able to send an email to one of the admin of dcuo official website maybe they can confirm my story and then i could prove it to psn store AU and then get i refund.

my worries now is that the supervisor that is going to call me on a monday he would tell me the same story as the other 3 people i spoke to

that the game until wendsday was full price and then on thursday it became free without contacting anybody from the departament that update all the EU psn store

is any admin that run this forum read this if so REPLAY PLEASE OR EVEN BETTER SEND ME A PRIVATE MESSAGE

Well, you have to confirm you're allowing your card to be charged before it's charged. Why did you not stop when it said it will take x amount of money from your card? It will have said clearly it was about to take money from you for it.....

i know that

i press the x button twice too quickly without checking the screen

the reason i think i should get a refound is that the game shouldn`t have a price and in the description of the game it said it was free

the problem is that custumer servirce may not call the department that uploads the psn store

and i cant call it myself...

why did i get charge $ 80 on the 2/11 then???

my point in this post is to get evidence that the game on the 2/11 was meant to be free

and when they first upload the psn EU store there was a mistake

here the support team AU r not answer me yet and this thing is not going foward neither

i just want some proof to help me verify my side of the story thank u

it was a mistake on the PSN store!

Support AU should help rectify it if not have to tried SOE AU?

therie is not such a thing as SOE AU

i tried to cantact soe in us but they told me is a problem of psn acount peole

i`ve sent 9 PM to any admin in the official DCUO website and no answer still
