Right I have an issue with this game in that I purchased 5 vault tickets and also purchased 7 additional inventory slots to upgrade to premium status. I got the message that I'd been upgraded and then I decided to log out.

Upon doing this it came up on the screen about the invalid subscription (which I understand was a bug and was fixed) but then turned off my PS3. Several hours later I logged back in to find that I was back to being Free status and that the 7 additional inventory slots weren't there. 

So I decided to check the transaction history under account management and had been charged for them (also got the email stating i'd been charged for them). I also checked under the service management section of account management and they show up there also. 

Now I've reported this as a bug under feedback in the game itself and also raised a support ticket on the SOE website which I've had no reply so far, is there anything else that I can do to rectify this or is it just a case of waiting for a response?

Sorry just noticed someone replied to this thread. Thought it had died as no-one replied. SOE got back to me the day after I posted this asking for more information like server, user name etc (despite putting this email in the original ticket). They had it resolved by the 10th, the day before Skyrim lol. So haven't played this since the 11th but at least I know it's sorted for when I do go back to it.
