I went into gamestation to pick up a copy of DC Universe and got a pre-order code , now the problem is i bought it for ps3 and got a 20 digit code rather than the standard 12 digit code ...

So i went onto the DC Universe website and tried to enter the code there after registering just incase it was like the black ops promotion where you entered the code and got a 12 digit psn code in return but to no avail (says i am not subscribed ) as its only for pc redemption codes on the site but worth a shot i thought 

I personally think that gamestation's head office have dispatched the wrong codes to the stores to give as preorder bonuses for ps3 when infact there pc redemption codes , but cannot contact there head office as they are closed over the weekend 

I'm just wondering if anyone else who preordered at gamestation has had this happen ?

No not as yet unfortunatly , seems as tho i can't do alot until monday when there head office is open again ... when i called my local store i was told 'what exactly do you want me to do about it ,we gave you the code we got and nothing more they could do' i thought charming so i called another store and they were only too happy to help and have emailed there head office and ive got to call them monday aswell to see if i can get this rectified . it was the leeds branch i called and spoke to a guy called josh if thats of any use to you

I have this problem too . Can you write it on here if you manage to get it fixed and how you did it?

Got a result today , called gamestation head office and within 10 minutes they issued me 2 seperate code
1 for the heros pack
1 for the villians pack

so a bit of a result , they are now aware of the issue so just call them explain that you got a preorder and they have given you a 20 digit code instead of the 12 digit ps3 code . ust tell them that the 20 digit code is for pc preorders as it wont fit in the standard ps3 redeem code section etc etc and they will send you an email within a few minutes with both codes on
