ok so it has registered on your account.

Best thing to do now then is contact soe (the makers of the game) here > click <  and tell them what you did and that it is listed as paid for, also link them to this thread so they can see all the info.

im havin exact the same problem - shows red bag in PSN...and i can see the description etc.! wanna know..did u fix ur problem and how?? i install the game second time..hopefully it help...i hope so atleast..cause i dunno what to do now!! i send many many e-mails to usa and finnish SOE...but finland still no replys! and usa says rite away..that this is not their problem..contact to finland! (im havin a finnish account)
