Yes will a everybody dance/dancestar party purchased in Panama work with downloaded material? The game works here in Sweden and when installed it was even in Swedish. So hopefully that means that even though two different regions it will work if we buy one of the extra songs online.
My initial reply would be pretty much the same as englishgolfers reply - that is, that a US version of Everybody Dance might not work with DLC bought and downloaded from the SWEDISH PlayStation Store.
However, if you connect to the Panama/US store (by using a user who is living in the area) you should be able to download and play additional songs for Everybody Dance just fine.
