When i'm in Stonefang tunnels (2-2) I can't post any messages, or read anything other people have put. They were there the first few times i went in, but now whenever i press the select button I don't get a menu.

Not sure if this means i'm signed out of the server or not when I go there, because if I go back to the nexus and warp to anywhere else I can post/read messages.

Any ideas?

It's a common glitch mate. Effectively your getting kicked from the server, out of no fault of your own. My best advice, quit the game, turn off PS3, reboot and try again. If that doesn't work restart your router and/or modem. That will definitely work. Don't worry about it though mate, it's not just you!

That's good to know. I thought it was just my game being glitchy since it kept happening on the same area.

This is something to look out for, especially when you're trying to co-op with someone.  Press select to test if you're on the server.  If you get no message menu come up then you're not connected.  Reloading the game from scratch is the only remedy.

Stonefang Tunnels eh, I wonder if it's because of the place being clogged up with the "please rate me" messages that I've been seeing everywhere there.

But yeah, restart the game and you should be fine.

Don't trust the messages in the Nexus as an indicator that you are online. They are placed there by the game when offline.

- Yes there are a few messages here and there, not all in the Nexus, that are part of the game just to start you in the right direction.  As I think there are pre-programed ghost players in the tutorial area.

The best thing to do is to look for the white ghosts. If you see them, then your online!

The ghosts are the main indication I look for when being online, it's always funny seeing someone hacking away at a static enemy you're looking at.
