I can't remember which sword it is (maybe one of the ones you can make from Sif's soul?) but you can only do that move about 5 times before it breaks...

Ahhh, apparently it's the Dragon Greatsword that you get for cutting the tail off the dragon convenant guy at the end of the beach...
