Demon's Souls

On the First stage, Boletarian Palace,  I beat the Phalanx Demon so my world tendency should be pure white right? Well when I try to go through the gate right at the beginning its still closed. Also the dragons later on are still there. This happened to me with a different character on Stonefang where I beat the dragon God and I still couldn't find Scivir.  Any Suggestions ?

If you just started new game and phalanx is first boss you killed your world tendency isnt pure white. You need more bosses or some black phantoms gives towards pure white.

I'm not 100% sure and correct me if I'm wrong but its like +7 steps to white and -7 pure black some bosses gives more than 1 like 3 toward's white so you dont actually need to kill that much. And some bosses gives towards white in other worls too.

oh.....but the first time i beat phalanx it became pure white ?

When was the first time I mean at chrismass it was event that all world tendencys turned pure white every time you logged in. it was like 1 or 2 months when the chrismass event was on. but now you need that +7 for white.

nah when it first came out lol.  the other day was the first time i played it since i got uncharted 2.

There have been two events recently.  I play with the chinese vesion and for 3 days about a week ago all the servers were set to pure white.  I think the American one was set to pure black over Valentines weekend.  Someone had a sick sense of humour there!

thing is actually i have PW tendancy in that world an am in NG+ now ive been playing the games for month so i have finished all of world 4 and am doing 1-4 taken me about 3 hrs, the dragons in 1-1 never turned up this play through yet that start gate is still locked and for people who dnt know it also opens at Pure Black and that causes a black phantom exectutioner miralda who is insanely powerful and a primeval demon to appear down there..
