Hello All. It's time for another big Comics Store update as promised, by me, in last weeks thread.
Here's the lowdown on what's new.
Wonder Woman returns with four new comics this week, issues #1 to #4 of Wonder Woman Vol.3, otherwise known as the “Who is Wonder Woman?” story arc. Amazon warrior Diana is missing, leaving Donna Troy in charge of the Wonder Woman mantle. But what happens if Diana returns, and when you have two Wonder Women?
We are also thrilled to introduce new publisher Twistory, who this week bring you three excellent new series: 13 Chambers, a beautifully illustrated fantasy/western series set in 1860s Far West; Dust, another little gem set in a WW2 gone wrong under the influence of new alien technology; and Dust Wars, sultry sci-fi with more of Paolo Parente’s beautiful art.
We also have more Batman for you (#664 to #666, in other words Batman & Son #6 to #8), more Silent Hill with all four issues of Silent Hill: Sinner’s Reward, 1960s Iron Man with five issues of Iron Man (1968), and much more.
And this week’s last surprise… Simon’s Cat is also making its debut on the PSN comics store *! Most of you will know this fantastic comic from its YouTube incarnation - you can now find it here, lovingly animated around our autoflow feature.
Head on over the the EU PS Blog to read what Simon's Cat creator Simon Totfield has to say

City of Glass from Faber and Faber is missing from that list by the way.
Really great update this week with so very interesting new publishers on the store this week (all being handled by Orb Entertainment)

Guys and gals
One for you to watch out for is the Fractures graphic novel, which for some reason is shown as a DC book above!
It is a 64-page feast for the price of a single comic,s o check it out and let me know what you think.

Also, for those of you who have been screaming out for Manga, today sees the launch of Reya, with the Prologue and seven more issues to come. Check it out:

Looking forward to your comments and suggestions, please keep them rolling in.

Yeah I didn't notice that Fractures was released today because it was listed under the wrong publisher on the blog post so I was pleasantly surprised to discover it on the store for the bargain price of £0.79 for 64 pages
Also have Reya downloading at the minute to try that out.
City of Glass from Faber and Faber is also good value. I think it's 125 pages for £4.39 I think? And Simon's Cat from Cannongate which is 239 pages for $5.59.
Oh and if you are wondering what Simon's Cat is? Watch Simon's Cat 'Snow Business'

I started reading Simon's Cat lastnight but I didn't finish it, only read about 40 pages I think. I'll be making good use of the bookmark feature this week though since its has 239 pages, and City of Glass has about 130 pages.
Simon's Cat is a run read though, it's a bit like Raising Amy from Markosia I think. It doesn't use such a fixed strip as Raising Amy does, but it feels more like a comic strip than your standard comic. Some pages will just have the one image on them, others will have a couple of images (not real panel borders) and some will have a whole bunch of little images on them.
It's all in black and white, and it doesn't have any writing in it at all, but as artist, Simon Totfield is clearly a very good story teller and it works very well with the Autoflow system on the PSP. The fact that the camera pans around the page instead of jumping from panel to panel definitely lends itself to the story telling. The humour isn't as dark as Raising Amy, but it is funny seeing all the chaos this little cat can cause.
